Downtown Chicago office renovation and tenant improvements. This 10,000 sf office space was designed to provide flexible open space which combined discreet office function with the quality of a commercial loft. Many walls are translucent and all are partial. Our design translates this company’s work ethic of collaborative, creative team work.
